Why did they give us the option to have Ray Tracing and then tell us we couldn't use it?

At first in this video, I am just playing around with the lighting and water refraction, then I go hunting for a cave to show you the lighting and ambience inside... sadly it took a minute lol.

READ THE DIRECTIONS ON THE DOWNLOAD PAGE
1. you MUST HAVE a RTX capable video card.
2. you need to download all the files from the page below (they will auto install to the correct directory).
3 In your global settings at the beginning of your game activate all of the resource packs from Kelly. You should now be able to activate Ray Tracing. If not, wait till your world has loaded up and then go into your video settings and try again.
4. If you are able, shoot a quick $3 to Kelly for this amazing resource as a thank you for his hard work!

Sidenote: I tried it with other resource packs, but I had some issues with Villagers looking odd or Horses missing their lower half. Might just be a load order. Just something to be aware of.
