Crisis VRigade 2 - Level 1!
27Crisis VRigade 2 is a fast paced vr action shooter, and i know there are already quiet an amount of arcade shooters out there, only some of them are actually pretty good and crisis Vrigade 2 is one of them.
The difficulty in the game is pretty challenging, in this video I nearly finnished the first level and i was playing for about an hour already, i kinda messed up at the end when i disconnected the wire from my wireless adapter's battery... This is the type of game where you have to die over and over again in order to learn the level and memorize all the details because you'll have to act fast and shoot accurate if you want to make it to the end of the level.
You are a member of a swat team and at the start of the game your team members will be around you for extra firepower, but not for long, they get hit much sooner then you do, so you better be fast enough to save the lives of your team.
You will notice some powerups popping up in the air while you are taking down enemies, one of these powerups will summon a new team member, it can also be a different weapon, slow motion mode for a couple of seconds, and a bunch of other things.
Besides these powerups you will also be able to spend points to extra items before you start a level, this can be a new weapon, an extra life, lasersight, and even hand gestures.
Unfortunatly these items will last untill your character died. Well at least with the items wich i used.
When your character dies, you can go back to the main office, directly retry, or spend 200 points for an instant continiou.
There is also a scoreboard where you can see the scores of the best swat members.
The game will also get an online co op mode.
I can't really tell you more details since i haven't been able to make it far in the game yet but i was already very much impressed by the quality of the game. If you are looking for a challenging VR arcade shooter then this is one of those.
You should also take a look at the first Crisis Vrigade game, a lot of levels there are very simmilar to moments from the matrix movie.
