This is the Gameplay Walkthrough of Destroy All Human! 2 - Reprobed (2022). This Guide will show you how to complete all the optional objective(s) in Mission 7: No Pox, Please – We’re British!

Use Chemical Barrels to kill KGB Agents – When you get to a construction site with KGB agents, there will be a chemical barrel in front of a tunnel entrance. It also has a white marker on the minimap. Use :r1: to grab and throw it. The poison gas has to kill 3 KGB agents (men in black suits). If you fail you can restart the checkpoint to respawn in front of the chemical barrel at the construction site. Alternatively, you can still find chemical barrels inside the tunnel, after using the keypad to open the tunnel door (these still count towards the objective).
Critical Hit Oranchov using Anal Probe – Select the Anal Probe weapon from your weapon wheel, hold :r2: and release :r2: when the target changes color (the line aiming at the boss will turn green when you must release the button). Releasing when the enemy turns green does the “critical hit”.
Use the Anal Probe to kill KGB Agents – After defeating the boss, use the Anal Probe on normal KGB agents (men in black suits) to kill them. Do this 3 times.

Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed (Remake) has 71 Optional Mission Objectives across 28 Main Missions. Finishing all Optional Objectives unlocks The Optional Mandate trophy and achievement. The game is divided into 5 Maps, each contains a few main missions. This guide shows how to finish all Optional Mission Objectives.
None of the optional objectives are missable. You can replay missions at any time by visiting and Saucer Landing Site, which is marked on the map by a saucer icon, and selecting the Holopoxdeck from it. This lets you replay everything and you can even add modifiers (cheats). Using these modifiers is allowed and doesn’t void anything. For some objectives it’s actually easier to replay the mission with a modifier later, such as infinite ammo and invincibility. This makes otherwise tricky objectives incredibly easy. Side Quests aren’t needed for the trophy.
