1,175Collective Minds returns with their latest device: Cronus Zen. This builds off the previous CronusMAX device and aims to be the best bang for your buck in the world of console controller adapters. Out of the box this works easily as a pass-thru device to allow you to utilize almost any controller or KB/M combo with the PS4, Switch, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360. Wired or wireless! Oh, and if you want to take it one step further, this allows you to utilize mods and scripts designed for specific games. In short, giving you an extra advantage and essentially giving you the power of a modded controller without modifying your controller.
Now some people who have been on the channel here for the past couple of years might be asking why I'm unboxing this? For anyone that doesn't know, I haven't had the best luck with Cronus devices in the past, and I had even worse luck with customer service. I even made a video about my experiences! After that video made a few rounds, Charlie from the Cronus team reached out to me and we worked together to hash things out. He even came onto the channel to do an interview and a giveaway! Since then we've been in contact and he wanted to get a Cronus Zen in my hands early to get my thoughts and impressions of the device.
