ABOUT THIS VIDEO
The Cross Counter Guide to Ryu featuring Air is the first of our new series of expert-level strategy discussions. We figured since Ryu is the most popular character in Super Street Fighter 4, we'd bring in our buddy Air to give you guys the lowdown on his mindset, strategies and tactics.

Air, who recently placed #1 in SSF4 at Marvel Madness in Calgary, as well as Top 8 at West Coast Warzone 3 in Southern California and Canada Cup in Calgary, is an established Ryu pro. He has trained with some of the best players in the world in Japan and qualified to compete at Super Battle Opera 2010, one of Japan's most prestigious tournaments. We only bring you the best of the best because that's what we want for you guys.

He is joined by Cross Counter's own Mike Ross, who is an experienced pro himself, recently placed in the Finals of Evo 2010 in Las Vegas. Together they discuss and demonstrate beginner, intermediate and advanced tactics.

ABOUT DISTRIBUTION
We think we have something very unique and special with this project and hope to do more in the future. Nobody else is doing videos like this so we're planning to continue with different characters, high-level players and different games.

Distributing it to as many people as possible is key to both leveling up the community and growing as a company. That's why we are offering it in as many formats and channels as possible, so that no one is left out. We could have just sold DVDs and not let anybody watch it except those who paid, but the problem with that is that the rest of the community does not benefit. The music and movie industry is full of angry, talented people that are clinging to a dying business model.

We decided that it was best to embrace filesharing and openness, with the belief that it's better for everybody if it was released as a free download via bit torrent, paid direct download from our servers, hosted on our YouTube channel for easy streaming and as a physical DVD for those who prefer them.
