There are also repercussions for quick conquerors now, connected to said Control. There are advantages to Development if you concentrate it in one place (for example your capital) as it may spread to other counties then. Then: Holdings and special holdings with a historical background (what is it, you may WONDER? ;-) ). The continuation of the World Wonder mechanics in a similar way will also be there, and very historically bound. Have they been drawing from the Historical Immersion Project there? Quite a bit, probably, and they may even work with the creators of the mod from Crusader Kings 2.

Also, the usual buildings and what they will increase in your... barony. Where can you build? We've already mentioned the special buildings for the Duchy, so you can also build on the Duchy level, in the Duchy capital. Where will the rest be done? Crusader Kings 2 is and Crusader Kings 3 will be a Historical Grand Strategy Game with a lot of Roleplay and roleplaying opportunites for the player. The game has strategic depth in army control and realm management. You impersonate the current ruler of your dynasty and can manage most of his actions as well, giving rise to a multitude of entertaining and fun situations resulting from the good and not so good traits, perks and attributes of your ruler and the other characters in the game world.
