Crusader Kings Two: HIP Mod
2A short discussion about the Historical Immersion Project mod for Crusader Kings 2. It's composed of many smaller mods (I gave credit to Zijistark, though his #1 contribution is hosting it on his own site), and it strives to give a greater historical detail to CKII. I'm presently doing a run-through as the Eastern Roman Empire (The "HIP" Emperor), and I felt like it deserved a little talk.
As befits the mod, I dive into some historical issues as well as a little political stuff about how complicated it might be for Paradox or a modder to accurately play out certain fictional-history scenes.
Overall, it's a great mod that you should check out if you want a more complicated CKII experience!
