0The chance of increase in attack is slim, you'll find yourself spaming it to gain a buff. To me not the best sader skill if you going support or full support. The buff is for all that is around/in the circle and can stack up to five times. A battle sader should not have a hard time hitting around 8-10k+ with it.
Pve wise it's just to have if you don't know where to put points in, pvp wise it is a pretty decent skill.
