Livea and Schild does not get affected by the accessories buff that much. Hell, Schild barely scraps off 1-2 seconds.
Eungaram is not that consistent either. But still quite fast.
Even if Thehyss is faster than Xiaohui Tang in this instance, Xiaohui Tang is way more consistent due to Ranee's block gen passive.
Altair got a pretty decent buff, nothing much to say about him.
