CRUX: A Climbing Game was a little indie gem that popped up in 2020. Completely free with no IAPs, it brought the thrill - and stress - of rock climbing to touchscreens in an easy to digest but tricky to perfect bitesize format. Now, we have the sequel CRUX: The Great Outdoors. This time we've got actual level-style locations and a bunch of new mountains and sheers faces to conquer. There's even character customisation, and a zen mode for meditative ascents. This one is premium, but a few pounds up front keeps the IAPs away as my gran always said. It's out right now on iPhone, iPad, and Android.
