With this being the end where they either succeed or fail. The characters more or less confessed their love for each other. Now on to the mission. Zoe and Trinity stay behind to stop Eve's forces from advancing as the crew presses on. Then they come across Logos kins. Ecclesia comes in to take care of them as the crew makes it to the tree of knowledge. Then Eve arrived and they try again to come with some sort of agreement, but to no avail. First Leben battles Eve then Ami, but before Mikoto takes over for Ami. Eve tries to negotiate with Mikoto. To nobody's surprise Mikoto declined and defeated Eve. However, before they could do the finishing blow. The will of humanity took over Eve's body and stropped the crew from even showing the slightest sigh of aggression to it. Leben used her chosen one powers or I guess her Proprotor powers to command herself to fight the will of humanity. I don't how this is enough to override the will of humanities command, but Leben kills them. Leben is going to die here, except Enoa pushed herself beyond her limits. This effectively caused her to sacrifice herself to save Leben. Leben lost her reason to live with Enoa now gone and then the credit rolls.
You are then greeted to the menu screen. You can move Enoa around and if you move Enoa to the doors with light shining through them. Then Enoa with appear in the virtual realm where Leben, Mikoto, and Ami waited for her revival. With the help of Zoe, they could revival Enoa and this is where the character gets their happy ending together.
