Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason (Let's Play) Part 1 | Derelict
Upon popular demand throughout the past year or so we are finally diving back into horror with Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason. Set during 1981 and Developed by the Ukrainian team at Action Forms and first released in that part of the world on December 5th, 2008 Cryostasis is an ageing yet entertaining Psychological horror journey putting you as the player in the control of 27 year old Russian Meteorologist Alexander Nesterov who after a long tour of duty at the North Pole intended to board the Arktika-class Nuclear powered Ice-breaker ship known as North Wind. Yet things clearly are not as they should be as the approach to the North Wind are answered with the ships horn blaring and the main protagonist almost losing his life due to the surrounding ice breaking apart around him. With immediate signs of dereliction and a ship abandoned by nothing short of humans without humanity it looks like Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason is sure to be an experience that leaves you chilled to the core and gathered around the light for more.
We're off to the North Wind.
