Crypt of the necrodancer - Aria All Zones Mode Clear!
0So this is crypt of the necrodancer, move to the beat, dont let an enemy move into you or you take hits, except this is far worse, Aria has 2 major restrictions, she has only half a heart and so once you lose your potion you're a hit away from death, and missing a beat = damage, hence this run requires very good consistency all around to not miss the beats and not make mistakes, she also has 3 other restrictions which is that she starts in reverse zone order, she may only use the standard dagger and enemies from later zones appear in earlier zones, all in all, a real nasty piece of work of a character.
i make a few mistakes however i did recover and get somewhat good items to aid me through to the end, i made major mistakes with the blue dragon in zone 3, just lost my potion due to hesitating on the beat and getting really muddled up with my movement, also had my shields reflect come in clutch more times than i'd have liked but oh well.
There is an achievement that requires a no item run with this character, and while its not stupidly harder, will test me a decent bit more than i have already pushed for in this game, Aria took 65 hours of total gameplay (not aria alone) to clear once.
