CryptoPioneers - Settlers of Catan on the Ethereum Blockchain? | Crypto Games
13Today I am doing a first look video about Cryptopioneers, a massively multiplayer economic strategy game that looks and feels similar to Settlers of Catan but digitally instead of as a board game and with blockchain/ cryptocurrency integration:

In this dApp game you can essentially purchase land called plots and they are individually created. You have a large variety of tropical islands or antarctic climates as well as mountain ranges. Players can lease out purchased plots to others because you want to use land to mine resources, explore and discover what is hidden underneath. All of what you find as materials is tradable.
Just purely out of similarities to Settlers of Catan I believe this crypto game has potential.
We will see how high they set entry prices as I hope they keep them low enough to give enough interested players the chance to test it out.
You can actually do so right now in the beta although only playable game feature is purchasing land so far.
