Instructions for stylish text on nonsteam
1) Add Russian or any other keyboard
2) Change the shortcut key for switching between keyboards
3) Run CS 1.6

Method 1 - For Stylish Name On CS 1.6 Nonsteam
1) Open Console
2) Use "name" Command
3) Press the shortcut you assigned to switch keyboard
4) By using the keyboard combination type a stylish name and press enter

Note: This only works if you can type in cs 1.6 console . In some cs 1.6, you cannot type like that in console
I'm using csget.me both methods working.

Method 2 - For Stylish Name On CS 1.6 Nonsteam
1) Open Console
2) Use "messagemode name" command to change your name!
3) It will appear like say command in cs 1.6 on the top left corner
4) Type your name thereby using combinations of keyboard and press enter
