CS GO gameplay 2017 BAN? OBS STUDIO AMD best settings
4Really strange what happen was testing OBS STUDIO AMD VCE encoder then it crash while I start to play on match better image is blurry because from 1080p it been force to 720p but still don't understood why loses happen over enconder if it was on 720p over youtube bitrate I stilling trying.

(-high)” Prioritizes CS:GO for CPU also on task manager but with command it not necessary any time will open game to do it

“-nojoy” Boring joypad start while game and all are fu***ed up :D
“+cl_forcepreload 1” Increases FPS by preloading maps

Lag Fix tips:
first all close any software can be connect with internet, downloader, bitorrent, torrent, browsers...
Run cmd.exe as administrator. on menu cmd right click and run like admin...
Type in the cmd window : "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled" That will turn off that features most of the cases it not have in many routers or for normals uses.
