The deployment of police officers to Haiti will be subjected to parliamentary approval. Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki said there will be no shortcuts or violations of the constitution in deployment of police to Haiti. The United Nations security council on Monday last week, approved the deployment of international forces led by Kenya to curb escalating gang violence in Haiti
