Elevator Escape is truly one of the most classical maps of the entire history of Zombie Escape dating back to 15 years and longer. This has been in constant rotation ever since its inception in the nomination lists, and has had numerous updates going all the way up to this port for CS:GO.

In essence, the rigid layout of the map never changed too much, but the timing and length of certain choke points and hallways have been tweaked to provide more balance between both teams. The latest version as seen in this video is likely a little bit favoured towards the human team, although the final choke point with the split rooms and the vent connecting both requires a minimal amount of humans to survive and hold to properly win the map.

Overall I can't ever get bored of this map that otherwise has a very simple layout and purpose. It remains a classic and a very easy approach to Zombie Escape that will forever be part of those golden years where I started to learn this mod.
