9,647The GOTV will affect all of us, even if we don't use it ourselves. Exciting stuff.
Also: 10 seconds were used in this video to keep the example simple. In reality I believe there are a few seconds of delay for observers and PGL have been using about 3 seconds delay between observers and viewers, so don't take 10 seconds as the set amount of delay in practice.
