197I give you my take on this paid event. American Legacy requires two purple star cars for the later lock ins. One of which is new. Making this a paid to complete event. The real question is if you can take advantage of lock in one to build an older purple star car, and if the new paid car is any good. Either way, this is not a free to play friendly event nor is it likely to be easy to complete for newer players.
