I took a look at the event after it appeared on our map. The Rocket Bunny Elite tuner event has a nice NSX-R Rocket Bunny as a prize car. That is a nice car to get. But, you will need to have some Rocket Bunny cars already to have a chance to get it. I suggest as I would for any event, to lock in the most upgraded cars you have. Also, this event looks like its a decent grind. Having 75 races with multiple relays.

Incidentally, Natural Motion forgot to include the Rocket Bunny Miata in the car list.
