Tempest 3 tier 5 is one of those tiers everyone wants to be sure to beat because you win the Sesto Elemento, the best T5 boss car from the tempest series. Well there are a few cars in this game that will destoy him, at 685pp level, which is the lowest upgrade limitation in the tempest 4 tier 5. These cars are absolute monsters in performance before being really heavily upgraded. Making them very good at beating tempest 3 tier 5. If they are this good for tempest 3, they should also do ok for tempest 4 if that ever comes along.
