In order of relevance:

1. Transmission
2. Body
3. Tire
4. Engine
5. Nitrous
6. Turbo
7. Intake.

Transmission is top by a long shot. Body and Tire are somewhat decent and the rest are only slightly useful.

Bottom 4 combined does not even drop the time by much more than 0.1 from stage 5 only.
