CSX Q438 speeds by Hunton Station Park

4Now CSX Q438 is rolling by Hunton Station Park with 4 locomotives. Is this an RF&P or a Boston Sub lashup? It's a little bit of both. This is my 3rd time to catch 9046, and it was on the conductor's side all 3 times. I hope I can catch 9046 leading a train one day, preferably on the engineer's side. The 4th engine was an ex-Conrail/LMS Dash 8. This is not the British Railway, it's Locomotive Management Services, a leasing company. I don't know if the ex-LMS Dash 8s have cab signals, so I'm not sure how much of this is RF&P or B&A. Enjoy.
