I take a quick look at "Cthulhu Tales", a sort of re-theme of the Hobbit Tales game. A "narrative experience" in the universe of the Mythos, use the quotes, images or card titles to inspire your story of your false incarceration.

Then, each player keeps the set containing the highest number of tokens (in the case of a tie, consider the set composing of tokens with the highest numerical value). The selected set represents the ‘medical care’ that the player’s character will be subjected to. "
