So, Out of Time, one of, if not the hardest track to beat Emperor Velo on, the problem with this one is the fence shortcut, as this will be the deciding factor on whether you win or lose.
Once you hit the Blue Fire pad, it is your mission to keep it until the mid half of the third lap where Velo loses it, and boy, getting the hang of the shortcut without losing Blue Fire was a pain, I need not mention that knowing the basics of a u-turn is important along with how you approach said shortcut.
