Yes, I looked at a walkthrough several times during this playthrough. Sometimes, particularly with point-and-click games, you really do have to. Actions and ideas that make sense to a developer don't always make sense to the people playing that game. Then there's times where the player has just such a terrible memory that he forgets things the game taught him less than twenty minutes ago..

The Cube Escape and Rusty Lake games are a series of point-and-click titles developed and published by Rusty Lake. The games are set within an "escape room" scenario; players must search a single room to find useful items, as well as clues regarding how to use those items both to further the plot and possibly find an exit.

You come across an old, abandoned cabin nestled on a small island in the middle of Rusty Lake. The place looks abandoned, save for some old fishing gear and a few other tools. Sure, you aren't exactly stuck here, but those cabinets and drawers are just begging to be popped open. And hey, some of these boards are suspiciously loose..
