The goal of the game is cut out sections of the cube without the enemies touching you or your line.
+ Visually appealing
+ Fun fast-paced intense gameplay
+ Great soundtrack
+ Combos/Score Multipliers/Power-Ups/Leaderboards/Etc.
+ A variety of different enemies to avoid
+ Plenty of extra lives (every 200k points = extra life, + extra life power ups)
+ Great looking effects (firework-like explosion when you die, smoke effects following the laser, etc.)
- It's hard to tell what power up you picked up
- Later stages get a bit too hecktic with flashing lights and enemies all over
- I feel like there should have been different sized shapes instead of the same cube each stage, I could imagine a cylinder, or pryramid would have been fun.
(Side note: If you don't know what Jezzball is it came out in 1992 and came packaged with most computers, it was a game where there would be balls bouncing around a square grid, and you had to draw lines across the grid to cut sections away, if a ball hit your line while you were making it you would lose a life, I have no idea if that game inspired this game but I used to play it quite a bit as a kid)
