Cuphead is a fierce representative of the genre from those bearded times. Runs on Qualcomm 845 as 32 bit game is acceptable. Hot Pocophone F1 doesn't get very hot. The framerate is more than acceptable for a full game playthrough from A to Z. By eye, I'm sure there are 30-50 frames at least. I'm not surprised that the game works so well on Windows 11 arm. As you know, GPU support is implemented for 32-bit games in Renegate Project. I am grateful to fate that I found out about their project for Qualcomm chipsets. And I can demonstrate this to other people by testing games.
