I'm very happy with this run since there were no deaths or retries and I used a lot of high risk strategies to save time. There is still plenty of time that can be saved though. Major time losses include bad execution on Hilda which cost roughly 6 seconds, missing the Beppi glitch after trying to set it up which cost at least 20 seconds, missing a handful of charge shots on Grim Matchstick for a 7 second time loss, bad balloon RNG and cannon RNG on Funfair Fever for a 6 second time loss. I played Rugged Ridge extremely conservatively at the end since I had 1 HP left which cost at least 10 seconds. Lost at least 7 seconds on Dr. Kahl's Robot by playing conservatively in the final phase after I got hit early. And I missed Octopus Skip on Perilous Piers which would've saved at least 15 seconds. There were also a few minor time losses from poor menuing, missing shop glitch on the second trip to Porkrind's which forced a 3rd shop trip, and small optimizations that could be made on several bosses. Sub-38 is likely possible with optimal execution.

The rules for the All Flags category are as follows:

Complete all bosses and Run n Guns
Glitches are allowed (except Menu Glitch)
Collecting coins/items are optional

My unofficial time is 39:41 without loads. I manually removed loads in Windows Movie Maker by removing all frames that show the hourglass on the bottom right corner. There is additional loading time between the fights/run n guns and the results screen which were not removed, and there are loading times after each King Dice miniboss that were also untouched. Despite that, this was still a world record beating out the next highest score by over 8 minutes, though this category isn't too competitive at the moment.

The largest time saver was using Whetstone as my charm for most levels once I purchased it at the end of isle 2. This significantly decreased my boss fight times for all of Isle 3 and beyond.

Note: This run has not yet been verified since the speedrun.com moderators are trying to decide how to handle it since leaderboard times go by time without loads, and Xbox doesn't have an autosplitter. The time on this run may decrease significantly if they decide to manually remove loads before each results screen and in between King Dice minibosses.
