Played on Xbox. First time attempting this category. I'm not entirely sure if doing two more Run N Guns to get Whetstone was worth it. I might try this category again in the future without Whetstone to see if I get a better time.

The rules for One Gun (Regular, Charge) are as follows:

Any Charms are allowed
ONLY Charge is allowed to be used. This means all Run N Guns played prior to buying Charge must be done Pacifist.
Glitches are allowed except for Menu Glitch

I'll eventually upload this run with loads removed to get a better estimate as to the actual time for this run. My initial guess is probably around a 38:00, but I'll find out for sure eventually.

EDIT: I manually removed loads and will be uploading the video shortly. Time without loads clocks in at 37:09. That is an unofficial time since the speedrun.com moderators have not determined a standard for allowing xbox users to submit loadless runs, but that time is very conservative with load removal and is likely under 37:00 in all actuality.
