Cuphead VHS
9There were 3 other discoveries that were brought to my attention that I wanted to show off. Figured for a change of pace, I'd show it through VHS. I feel like it might have come out a little too clean. This day and age, people associate lesser quality picture with VHS, but I can assure you this was all captured on tape, and then digitized.
-In Doggone Dogfight, make it so all the Jetpacks in the second form turn to dark Grey. This will show a new phase of the boss fight.
-If you defeat every boss with Ms. Chalice, you will unlock a new Visual filter.
-Select the Dual hearts, and spin around in small circles. This will give the player 9 hits points for a level.
With the last tape I did, I wanted to capture the look of public domain VHS tapes. Here the plan was to make it look like it was recorded off of Television. However the only bumpers, I had was from ABC's Saturday morning. Which would not have fit with these classic cartoons. I was also going to add some vintage commercials but I didn't think people would like that so I left both of it out. I did leave in the Color pattern, as I do remember a few stations that would broadcast that when they weren't broadcasting anything else.
