   01. Download Apache HTTPD  https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html
   02. Install Apache HTTPD
   03. Navigate to ≪ApacheInstallDirectory≫/error
   04. Edit top.html and bottom.html to your liking
   05. Save top.html and bottom.html
   06. Open a web browser
   07. Browse to a local URL that is invalid to force a 404 error from Apache HTTPD  http://localhost/i_dont_exist.php
