आचरण संहिता के उल्लंघन के बारे में जानकारी देने के लिए आप एक फोटो या 2 मिनट तक वीडियो ऐप अपलोड कर सकते हैं। एक बार फोटो या वीडियो अपलोड हो जाने के बाद, उस स्थान का स्थान भी जाना जाएगा। '

You can upload a photo or up to 2 minute video app to give information about the violation of the code of conduct. Once the photo or the video is uploaded, the location of that place will also be known. '
After uploading, the user will get a unique ID, through which he can track followup on mobile. identity of the complaining user will be kept confidential.
Allows the app to upload previously recorded videos or photos, so that the app can be prevented from being misused. Apart from this, the video or photo recorded through the cVIGIL app will not be saved in the phone gallery.

What is cVIGIL?
Election Commission of India launches Mobile App "cVIGIL" to enable citizens to report on the violation of election code of conduct.
“cVIGIL” will allow anyone in the election-bound state to report violations of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) that comes into effect from the date of announcement of elections and goes on till a day after the polls. By using this app, citizens can immediately report on incidents of misconduct within minutes of having witnessed them and without having to rush to the office of the returning officer to lodge a complaint.
