This should has been one of the ealier episodes, but i finally got around to it. Palt, a potatoe flour dumpling! The most basic and wonderful dish known to man.

Recipe
1kg of whatever potoes you can get.
1L of flour
some salt
Pork / whatever you want to put inside the dumpling
Cook for 30-45 minutes depending on size/filling.

Lingonberryjam, salted butter and milk on the side.
