in this video I show how to install a non-oem esc into a cx20 , I use a (hobbysky / hobbywing / readytofly) esc,
You don't have to change all four of them , but it is probably recommended.

I should add just because I had success with mine does not mean you will with another type of esc , Please take your test flight low to make sure everything is fine.. ...
