I really hope CDPR recovers from this but from where I am looking , I doubt that Cyberpunk 2077 will have a No Man’s Sky styled turn around. Yes, they are working hard and pushing patches with major ones coming in January and February but besides the performance problems, there are issues within the game itself like poor AI, underwhelming NPC and vehicle behavior and many more, which are even more problematic on last gen base consoles.

I really hope I am proven wrong but given the current status of the company and the trust they have lost, CDPR have a lot to prove that they were not just a one hit wonder studio.
