The developers at CD Projekt Red (CDPR) did their job and tried creating the best game they could but the management had other plans, plans to ignore everything they were told about the old gen base consoles, the Xbox One and PS4 and just release the game anyway and not only that...

If you decide to read through the investor call yourself just look at how much the investors are wanting to know about the sales of the game, all they care about is their money which is quite obvious but it shows they don't care at all about anything else and they have no patience or chill.
