Chapter Information: Waking up in his apartment the next morning, Vincent ventures through Megabuilding Ten and reunites with Jackie outside who explains to him that a local fixer known as Dexter De Shawn has a significant job available for V's team.
Agreeing to meet up with the client, V, and Jackie drive towards Viktor's clinic, a doctor who performs surgery on individuals and enhances them with various cybernetic upgrades for a certain fee.
After meeting up with Viktor and receiving some new cybernetic upgrades for free, V heads off to meet up with Dexter DeShawn.
