I went over a quick summary of the current discussion as it ties in to the clarification of the relase dates/times. I wanted to do a clarification and add to what was said since my last recording. I was very confused regarding the release times/dates when I did that recording

At the very least, the information or thoughts regarding the attributes, attribute checks, and perks are still relevant with that prior recording

Anyways a summary of the release dates/times:

Not all physical stores are releasing at Midnight on Dec 9th/10th. The customers who pre ordered from a store not doing a midnight release will have to wait until normal business hours on the 10th

Digital Stores appear to be doing it much quicker with Cyberpunk releasing on Dec 9th, 6 PM CST for North America
