1. Complete the mission Space Oddity to acquire the
2. Head to a Drop Point and sell the painting
3. Exit the Drop Point and then go back into it - the painting can now be purchased back for €$5
4. Back out of the Drop Point one more time, and then as you enter the Drop Point by pressing Y, press the Xbox Guide button at the same time.
5. If done correctly, the background of the Drop Point screen should be see through. You can now purchase as many copies as you want for €$5 EACH.
6. Sell back to the Drop Point

7. The Drop Point will replenish it's cash every 24 hours so either skip time forward, find another, or just wait.
