Just having fun. So the last few patches have incredible pop in and is almost unplayable. I just used some old mods/ini tweaks to make it playable at least. So I will just upload my files of the mods/ini tweaks.
First off, to get the best level of detail use the old Cyberpunk 2077 Features a Hidden “Cinematic RTX” Mode That Subtly Increases Level of Detail. Add this to steam shortcut or exe target line for the game. Yes this particular one has hit on performance and VRAM used.

Then I used these ini tweaks for that little extra level of detail, is it perfect ,no that would be impossible but it certainly 100% better than default patch and gives way more level of detail at long distances for building, most debris. Watch the video if you want and see for yourself.
