Cyberpunk 2077 - loading screen tips version 1.2 fade change

15In version 1.2 the loading screen tips started fading in/out instead of being typed out, likely to fix the bug which occured when buttons were typed out character by character (you could see the raw XML or whatever it was), see around 0:05 (play it in slow-motion if you have to)
