These two bugs (Xbox Series X) seem new, possibly v.1.6 or 1.5. For the first bug, the towers and windmills in the oil field become stuck in extremely low LOD mode and can't be trigggered to fully resolve.

The other issue is the way that the low detail LOD of the barbed wire that CDPR has put everywhere (probably to stop boundary breakers) is white, and it often seems to glow. It's quite distracting.
