This is a very rare ending probably the rarest of them all. This is the second secret ending (the first one I will leave a link in the description). To get this secret ending you need to have at least 70% synergy with Johnny and to wait approximately 5 minutes after you choose the dialogue option "Think you and Rogue should go". As for synergy you can see it displayed in the Game Menu just above the "Map" tab. The icon of the synergy tab is the back of Johnny's Samurai Jacket (resembles a Samurai mask of some sorts) just hover over it and you'll see. Now to gain a synergy this high you'll need to complete the following (side) missions: Chippin' In, Blistering Love, Holding on, Second Conflict and A Like Supreme. NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: At the very end of the Chippin' In mission when you are at Johnny's grave you'll need to inscribe Johnny's initials into the grave and when Johnny's asks you what to write on the grave choose the dialogue option "The Guy Who Saved My Life" as for the rest of the dialogues just be kind to him (not too kind tho as in don't be afraid to speak your mind) and that would do the trick.
Now with regards to this secret ending it has TWO outcomes:
ONE of them is showcased in the video: V and Johnny storm the Arasaka main gate and die at the spot; the credits roll and that's it.
The SECOND outcome is when they successfully defeat the Arasaka soldiers and enter cyberspace in which when asked by Alt V has two dialogue choices: The first choice is to live out whatever life V has got left (this choice triggers the "Path of Glory" ending), and the second choice is to give your body to Johnny (this particular choice triggers the "New Dawn Fades" ending) I will also leave a link to both of these endings in the description below.
