Not all bugs are bad, in Cyberpunk 2077, there is a random chance that you can apply an AWESOME GLITCH to your environment lighting that makes the game feels submerged! What a feature! CDPR DID IT AGAIN!
Jokes aside, this bug is related to Ray-Traced Lighting option and only happens when it is turned on (Ray-Traced Reflection and Ray-Traced Shadows are fine without any bugs, on my PC). Would love to see it being made into a reasonable ReShade for future HACKED PLAYTHROUGH of Cyberpunk 2077!
