Hypnospace Outlaw is an adventure game/visual novel by Jay Tholen, who previously directed/produced Dropsy.

It's 1999 and new technology has released allowing people to browse the internet in their dreams. For its early adopters it reprsents a new world of hobby communities and self expression, but not everyone is playing by the rules. As a moderator for Hypnospace, how deep will you dig to uncover wrongdoing?
