Free on EGS the week after release should tell you more than enough. A shmup where all enemy attacks are homing, but you also have tons of space and a shield. Tons of shots coming from offscreen, very floaty movement, the boss that for some reason hurts you if you just get too close. Yeah, it's messy and the performance issues are there on Windows too.
