Summer may be on hold in Holland as it is in the UK, but in some parts of the forces world it's still going strong. In Cyprus, Meteorologists say temperatures and humidity levels are well above average this year and it's had an affect on training. Our reporter Carla Prater has been looking at how to cope in the heat.
