3In Germany, soldiers from Two Close Support Battalion REME based in Bergen-Hohne Garrison have been exercising their right to march through their local town with bayonets fixed. The Freedom of Bad Fallingbostel was awarded to the unit 29 years ago and every two years, a parade is staged to mark the special relationship between the British and German communities.
